Change, Edit or Cancel my order?
We try and ship your OneUp order out as fast as possible, usually in 2hrs or less. If you made a mistake, reply to your order confirmation email adding URGENT to the subject line along with your change instructions and we might be able to catch it. 
To find the order confirmation email we sent you, search your inbox for "OneUp Order #"
If your order has already shipped you will need to Return the product to us once you receive it.
If you need different product to the one you have ordered, we suggest placing another order while we process your return.We do not have an Exchange process.
We cannot edit your invoice to display an order value less than we have charged you, to reduce your import duty bill.
  • All EU orders ship from the UK and have no additional import duties
  • All Canada orders ship from Richmond, BC and have no additional import duties
  • All Continental USA orders ship from our Illinois warehouse and have no additional import duties

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

RETURNS
To return a OneUp Components product that you purchased from our website, please email us for a RMA request. All returns MUST have a valid RMA number.
Returns are valid for up 30 days after you receive your OneUp product. Returns must be unused and undamaged in original packaging. If it doesn't still look brand new, we can't sell it as new!
To help us process your Return as quickly as possible please include ALL of the following information:

All returns must be shipped back to us with a tracked service.
Once we receive and accept your return we will refund your order.

 

EXCHANGES
We do not have an Exchange program. If you need a different item, please file a return and place a new order for the correct item.

WARRANTY

We're really sorry you're having problems with your OneUp Components product. We want to do everything we can to get you out riding again as quickly as possible. All OneUp products have a 1 year warranty valid for the original owner. The Dropper Post has a 2 year warranty. Normal ware from riding is not covered under warranty. All warranty claims must be submitted to your place of original purchase (i.e Local Bike Shop, Online Bike Store or oneupcomponents.com).
