Warranty

At OneUp Components we stand behind our products.  All OneUp Component products have a one year warranty covering manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.  Warranty is for the original purchaser only and is non transferable.

To submit your warranty claim, simply email us at support@oneupcomponents.com.  Please include your original proof of purchase and a detailed description of the defect including digital photos. Once we will approve you warranty we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping information based on your location.  You must get an RA number* before returning any product.

The following are not covered by warranty:
  • Normal riding wear.  Cassettes are a wear item.

  • Fading or wearing of anodizing.

RETURN AND EXCHANGES

Unused product: We accept returns or exchanges of any unused and unopened OneUp Component product within 30 days of the shipping date.  Original proof of purchase and unopened original packaging are required to authorize payment.  Once you receive an RA number, returns must be made to OneUp Components within 30 days of the shipping date.  Once a refund has been approved and processed a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.


Freight damage:  If your product has been damaged during shipping please submit a shipping claim within 3 business days of receiving product.  Digital photos are required to document damage to the packaging and product. Once you receive an RA number returns must be made to OneUp Components within 30 days of delivery.

*Any items shipped back without an RA number will be subject to a 15$ restocking fee.
