Good shock absorbing grips. You
"Good shock absorbing grips. You don’t notice them until you realize your last pair of grips were just junk that left your hands hurting. Worth the investment."
More cushion and more comfort so you can ride more. The large 35mm diameter works great for riders with big hands or anyone looking for a more comfortable ride.
A reinforced rubber compound at the grip ends helps prevent grips from tearing when you crash and keeps them looking fresh for longer. They’re also comfortable if you run your hands over your bar ends.
With grips, one size doesn’t fit all. We offer three distinctly different styles of grip in three diameters. 29mm Thin Grips are for precision and control. 35mm Thick Grips offer extra cushion. And our original 30mm Grip is right in between.

"Well after 7 different pairs, I am finally happy with my One Up grips. As an older rider, I find that the grips need to be dialed in for your hands. The thick grips are perfect for my large hands. No pain after a long on ride on the trails. Cheers guys. So happy with them , I bought a second pair the next week."
"great comfort for my hands. Thick enough so that my bigger hands have something to hold onto."
"Really grippy. Prevents knuckle fatigue from riding. On 2023 Trek EX-E 9. 8 XT Deore."
"The material used on this grips is good quality. It doesn't get sticky with the heat. The cushion it's just enough that the grip doesn't look bulky. I've been using them for 2 months and it works great."
"Nice large diameter grip. Fit my hands perfectly."
"Game changer! Swapped out some really stiff grips and these grips made my ride so much more comfortable."
"The grips grip - love them!"
"have your skinny grips on mountain bike for better control rather then comfort although comfortable for such a thin grip. and as for as your fat grips love them on road bike with no suspension two hour rides hands feel great you guys are my faverrate grip of all time been ridding 40 +years thank you"
"One of the better grips I have ridden. I know this is hard to do but they are just a bit too large in diameter and I would like just a touch more dampening. But Like I said in my top 3 grips because they really comfortable for sub 2 hr. rides and have great grip in the rough."

OneUp grips have a core that tapers slightly at the ends. This helps hold them tight to the bar to avoid twisting. They do require a light hit with a hammer to fully seat onto your handlebar. If you find the grip is twisting, it is likely because it hasn't fully seated onto the bar. Loosen off the clamp bolt, give the end of the grip a couple hits with a hammer, and torque the clamp bolt back to 4Nm. That should resolve any twisting you're experiencing.
There is a left and right denoted by an R & L on the outer end of the grip.
Torque the lockbolt to 4Nm.
